This notice explains what personal information Verus Intelligence, LLC ("we", "us") collects through this website, why, and the choices you have.
Who we are

What we collect
- Information you send us. When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, company (if you give it), product (if you give it) and your message (if you give it).
- Spam protection. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not an automated program, is sending it. To do that, Turnstile processes what Cloudflare calls client-side signals: your IP address, a TLS fingerprint, your browser's User-Agent header, and the site key and origin of this website. Cloudflare describes these signals as strictly necessary to detect and block bots, and states that their purpose is not to identify, profile or target any individual.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our servers record basic technical details of each visit — such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested — to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and keep a record of our correspondence.
- To keep the website and the contact form secure, prevent spam and abuse, and fix problems.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run this website and our business, and only as needed for that purpose:
- website hosting (DigitalOcean)
- Incubator HQ, the system run by Medtech Incubator, the group of companies we belong to, that receives contact-form messages, checks them for spam and stores them (hosted on DigitalOcean)
- email delivery for contact-form messages (Mailgun)
- spam protection for the contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile; see Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum)
- our business email (Microsoft 365)
Cloudflare acts as our processor when it checks the form for bots, and, as its addendum explains, as a controller when it uses the same signals to improve Turnstile's bot detection.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
How long we keep it
Messages sent through the contact form are kept in Incubator HQ for up to 24 months and then automatically deleted. A copy may also be kept in our business email as part of our normal records. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.
Cookies and storage in your browser
This website does not set cookies, and we do not use analytics or advertising cookies. When you send the contact form, your browser keeps a copy of what you typed in its session storage so it can be put back if the form needs correcting; it is deleted as soon as the page reloads after sending, and never leaves your browser. Cloudflare Turnstile runs in the form; for any cookies Cloudflare uses, see its Cookie Policy.
Your rights and choices
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@verusintel.ai. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or California) you may have additional rights, including the right to object to or restrict our use of your information and to complain to a data protection authority.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
